A Book Review of Lost in Shangri-La, a Well-Researched, Historically Accurate Tale of Survival
This review is about Lost in Shangri-La: A True Story of Survival, Adventure, and the Most Incredible Rescue Mission of World War II. The author, Mitchell Zuckoff, a former Pulitzer Prize finalist as a Boston Globe reporter, served as a journalism professor for Boston University. This is a short review about the content of the tale and writing style of the author. The review is primarily complimentary, but does point out a weakness of the account.
